How to do it

  1. Stand beside a bosu ball with one foot on the center of the dome and the other on the floor, roughly shoulder width apart.
  2. Hold one rope handle in each hand and drive your arms in an alternating wave motion.
  3. Push off and shuffle laterally across the bosu ball, landing softly with bent knees.
  4. Push off again and shuffle back to the starting side while continuing the wave motion.
  5. Keep your eyes forward and your hips low throughout.
Coach tip: Landa mjukt och håll blicken framåt istället för nedåt mot fötterna, annars tappar du balansen.
