How to do it
- Stand beside a bosu ball with one foot on the center of the dome and the other on the floor, roughly shoulder width apart.
- Hold one rope handle in each hand and drive your arms in an alternating wave motion.
- Push off and shuffle laterally across the bosu ball, landing softly with bent knees.
- Push off again and shuffle back to the starting side while continuing the wave motion.
- Keep your eyes forward and your hips low throughout.
Coach tip: Landa mjukt och håll blicken framåt istället för nedåt mot fötterna, annars tappar du balansen.
