Resistance Band Deadlift

How to do it
- Stand in the middle of a long resistance band with your feet hip-width apart and grip the handles.
- Push your hips back and lower your torso with a flat back and slightly bent knees.
- Lower until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings, keeping your shins close to vertical.
- Drive your hips forward and stand up by extending your hips and knees together.
- Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement.
