Resistance Band Row To Triceps
Step-by-step technique for Resistance Band Row To Triceps, an exercise for lats using bands. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Stand in a staggered lunge with your left foot forward and a resistance band anchored under your front foot.
- Hinge forward from the hips with a flat back until your torso is almost parallel to the floor.
- Row the band upward until your elbow is level with your back.
- Extend your elbow straight back so your hand moves behind you (a triceps kickback).
- Bend the elbow and repeat, then switch sides.
Coach tip: Håll armbågen intill kroppen under hela sträckningen så det blir triceps som jobbar, inte axeln.
