How to do it

  1. Stand in a staggered lunge with your left foot forward and a resistance band anchored under your front foot.
  2. Hinge forward from the hips with a flat back until your torso is almost parallel to the floor.
  3. Row the band upward until your elbow is level with your back.
  4. Extend your elbow straight back so your hand moves behind you (a triceps kickback).
  5. Bend the elbow and repeat, then switch sides.
Coach tip: Håll armbågen intill kroppen under hela sträckningen så det blir triceps som jobbar, inte axeln.
