Reverse Hyperextension

How to do it
- Lie face-down on a bench with your hips at the edge.
- Let your legs hang straight down.
- Raise straight legs back until in line with your body.
- Lower under control.
Coach tip: Squeeze your glutes at the top. Don’t arch.
