Rack Pull

How to do it
- Set the bar in a rack just below or at knee height.
- Grip the bar with a flat back and braced core.
- Drive through your heels and lock out your hips.
- Lower under control back to the rack.
Coach tip: Trains the top half of the deadlift and grip strength.
