Dumbbell Deadlift

How to do it
- Stand with a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs.
- Hinge at the hips with a flat back and lower the dumbbells along your legs.
- Drive through your heels and stand up.
- Lock out your hips at the top.
Coach tip: Keep the dumbbells close to your legs throughout.
