Jefferson Curl
Step-by-step technique for Jefferson Curl, an exercise for lower back using barbell. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Stand on a box holding a light barbell in front of your thighs.
- Roll your spine down vertebra by vertebra with straight legs.
- Let the bar lower as far as your mobility allows.
- Roll slowly back up to standing.
Coach tip: Use very light weight. This is mobility, not strength.
