Child's Pose

How to do it
- Kneel and sit your hips back toward your heels.
- Reach your arms forward on the floor.
- Rest your forehead on the floor and relax.
- Breathe deeply and feel the stretch in your lower back and lats.
Coach tip: Walk your hands to one side to stretch the lats more.
