Neutral Grip Pull-Up

How to do it

  1. Grip two parallel handles with palms facing each other.
  2. Hang with a braced core.
  3. Pull up until your chin reaches the handles.
  4. Lower under control to straight arms.
Coach tip: A neutral grip is easiest on the shoulders and elbows.
