Band External Rotation

How to do it

  1. Anchor a band at waist height and grip it with your elbow at 90 degrees against your body.
  2. Keep your elbow pinned to your side.
  3. Rotate your forearm outward away from your body.
  4. Return under control and switch sides.
Coach tip: Keep your elbow against your body. Move only the forearm.
