How to do it

  1. Sit with your legs straight in front of you and your feet flexed.
  2. Inhale and reach your arms overhead to lengthen your spine.
  3. Exhale and fold forward from your hips, keeping your spine long.
  4. Hold your shins, ankles, or feet, without rounding your back.
  5. Bend your knees slightly if needed to keep your spine long.
Coach tip: Sträva efter att föra magen mot låren, inte näsan mot knäna. Runda aldrig ryggen.
