How to do it
- Sit with your legs straight in front of you and your feet flexed.
- Inhale and reach your arms overhead to lengthen your spine.
- Exhale and fold forward from your hips, keeping your spine long.
- Hold your shins, ankles, or feet, without rounding your back.
- Bend your knees slightly if needed to keep your spine long.
Coach tip: Sträva efter att föra magen mot låren, inte näsan mot knäna. Runda aldrig ryggen.
