Nordic Curl
Step-by-step technique for Nordic Curl, an exercise for hamstrings using bodyweight. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Kneel with your ankles anchored (partner or device).
- Keep your body straight from knees to head.
- Lower your torso slowly forward using your hamstrings.
- Pull yourself back up or catch with your hands.
Coach tip: Very demanding. Catch yourself with your hands at the bottom if needed.
