How to do it
- Lie on your back with one leg flat on the floor.
- Loop a resistance band around the sole of your other foot.
- Lift that leg and gently pull it toward you using the band, keeping the knee straight.
- Keep your hips still on the floor and your back flat.
- Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds, then switch legs.
