How to do it
- Lie on your back and raise one leg straight up.
- Grip behind your thigh or calf.
- Gently pull the leg toward you until you feel a stretch.
- Hold, breathe and switch legs.
Coach tip: Keep the other leg down and the knee slightly bent.
