How to do it
- Stand in mountain pose with your feet parallel and hip-width apart.
- Inhale and sweep your arms straight up overhead.
- Exhale and fold forward from your hips, not your lower back, keeping your spine long.
- Let your hands rest on the floor, on your shins, or hold your calves, with your head relaxed.
- Bend your knees slightly if needed to keep your spine long.
