Scorpion Stretch

How to do it
- Lie face-down with your arms out to the sides.
- Lift one foot and bring it across your body toward the opposite hand.
- Feel the rotation in your lower back and hip.
- Return and repeat on the other side.
Coach tip: Keep your shoulders on the floor during the rotation.
