Reverse Plank Abs & Adduction

How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you and your hands on the floor behind your hips, fingers pointing toward your feet.
- Push through your hands and lift your hips into a straight line from head to heels.
- Lift one leg straight up toward the ceiling.
- Bring the leg inward toward the center (adduction) and lower it back down toward the other leg in a controlled way.
- Switch legs and repeat.
