Cross-Body Shoulder Stretch

How to do it

  1. Stand tall and bring one arm straight across your chest.
  2. Use your other arm to pull it closer to your body.
  3. Keep your shoulder down and feel a stretch in the rear delt.
  4. Hold, breathe and switch sides.
Coach tip: Pull it in toward your chest, not up toward your chin.
