How to do it

  1. Start on all fours and place your hands shoulder width apart with fingers spread wide.
  2. Set the crown of your head on the floor in front of your hands so your head and hands form an equilateral triangle.
  3. Straighten your legs and walk your feet in until your hips are over your shoulders.
  4. Draw your elbows in toward your body and lift your shoulders away from your ears.
  5. Lift your legs toward the ceiling, one at a time or both together once balanced.
Coach tip: Lägg aldrig tyngden i nacken. Låt armarna och bålen bära det mesta av vikten.
