Standing Leg Curl

How to do it
- Stand in the machine with one ankle behind the pad.
- Hold the support and stand firm.
- Bend your knee and curl the pad toward your glute.
- Lower under control and switch legs.
Coach tip: Trains one leg at a time. Keep your hip still.
