How to do it
- Stand with the bar at your hips and nearly straight legs.
- Keep your back flat.
- Hinge at the hips and lower the bar along your legs with minimal knee bend.
- Stand up by driving your hips forward.
Coach tip: Straighter legs than the RDL. Even more hamstring focus.
