How to do it

  1. Place a resistance band just above your knees and stand with feet hip width apart.
  2. Bend your knees into a half squat with your chest up and arms in front of you.
  3. Jump explosively and spread your feet wide apart, keeping tension in the band.
  4. Jump quickly back to the start position, landing softly on your forefoot.
  5. Repeat at a controlled pace.
