How to do it
- Stand on the flat side of a Bosu ball with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs.
- Keep a slight bend in your knees and hinge forward from the hips with a flat back until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
- Rise back up by driving your hips forward until you're standing upright.
- Raise the dumbbells straight out to the sides to shoulder height with a slight bend in your elbows.
- Lower the dumbbells under control and repeat the whole sequence.
