How to do it

  1. Stand on the flat side of a Bosu ball with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs.
  2. Keep a slight bend in your knees and hinge forward from the hips with a flat back until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
  3. Rise back up by driving your hips forward until you're standing upright.
  4. Raise the dumbbells straight out to the sides to shoulder height with a slight bend in your elbows.
  5. Lower the dumbbells under control and repeat the whole sequence.
Coach tip: Bosubollen gör balansen svårare, håll blicken framåt och rör dig långsamt.
