How to do it

  1. Stand on the middle of a resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the ends in your hands at your sides.
  2. Bend your hips and knees and lower into a squat, keeping your heels on the floor.
  3. Stand back up.
  4. Raise your arms straight out to the sides to shoulder height with a slight bend in your elbows.
  5. Lower your arms under control and repeat the whole sequence.
