How to do it
- Stand on the middle of a resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the ends in your hands at your sides.
- Bend your hips and knees and lower into a squat, keeping your heels on the floor.
- Stand back up.
- Raise your arms straight out to the sides to shoulder height with a slight bend in your elbows.
- Lower your arms under control and repeat the whole sequence.
