How to do it
- Place a resistance band around your ankles or just above your knees, stand with your feet together and arms at your sides.
- Jump your feet out wide while raising your arms overhead.
- Land softly on the balls of your feet with the band kept under tension.
- Jump your feet back together and lower your arms.
- Repeat at a controlled pace.
