How to do it

  1. Place a resistance band around your ankles or just above your knees, stand with your feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Jump your feet out wide while raising your arms overhead.
  3. Land softly on the balls of your feet with the band kept under tension.
  4. Jump your feet back together and lower your arms.
  5. Repeat at a controlled pace.
