How to do it
- Stand with feet hip width apart, holding one rope end in each hand.
- Lower your hips into a half squat and keep your core braced.

- Quickly shuffle your feet side to side without crossing them, while continuing the wave motion.
- Keep your eyes forward and the movement rhythmic.
