How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest.
  2. Step backward with one foot and lower your body into a lunge.
  3. Bend your front knee directly over your ankle while your back knee hovers just above the floor.
  4. Drive through your front heel and bring your foot back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat with the other leg and keep alternating.
