How to do it

  1. Stand with your heels on the edge of two weight plates, holding a kettlebell at your chest with your elbows in.
  2. Bend your knees and hips into a squat, keeping the kettlebell close to your chest.
  3. Stand back up and then step straight forward into a lunge.
  4. Lower your body until your front thigh is parallel to the floor and your back knee hovers above the ground.
  5. Drive back to standing and repeat the sequence on the other side.
Coach tip: Håll kettlebellen tätt intill bröstet så den fungerar som motvikt och du kan stå upprätt.
