How to do it
- Stand with your heels on the edge of two weight plates, holding a kettlebell at your chest with your elbows in.
- Bend your knees and hips into a squat, keeping the kettlebell close to your chest.
- Stand back up and then step straight forward into a lunge.
- Lower your body until your front thigh is parallel to the floor and your back knee hovers above the ground.
- Drive back to standing and repeat the sequence on the other side.
