How to do it
- Rest the bar on your front shoulders with elbows high.
- Stand shoulder-width and brace your core.
- Squat down keeping your torso upright.
- Drive through your heels back to standing.
Coach tip: Keep your elbows high. If they drop the bar rolls forward.
