Stairmaster Jog
Step-by-step technique for Stairmaster Jog, an exercise for quads using bodyweight. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Stand tall with a slight forward lean from the hips, not the back.
- Place your whole foot on each step, not just your toes.
- Rest your fingertips lightly on the handrails without leaning on them.
- Jog at a steady, controlled pace and let each step land fully before lifting the other foot.
- Keep your torso stable and your eyes looking straight ahead.
Coach tip: Häng inte i handtagen. Det flyttar belastningen från benen till armarna och sänker effekten av passet.
