How to do it

  1. Stand tall with a slight forward lean from the hips, not the back.
  2. Place your whole foot on each step, not just your toes.
  3. Rest your fingertips lightly on the handrails without leaning on them.
  4. Jog at a steady, controlled pace and let each step land fully before lifting the other foot.
  5. Keep your torso stable and your eyes looking straight ahead.
Coach tip: Häng inte i handtagen. Det flyttar belastningen från benen till armarna och sänker effekten av passet.
