Jumping Jack

How to do it
- Stand with your feet together and your arms at your sides.
- Jump explosively while spreading your legs wide and raising your arms straight overhead.
- Land softly with your feet hip-width apart and your arms overhead.
- Jump back to the starting position with your feet together and arms at your sides.
- Repeat at a steady pace.
