Lateral Lunge

How to do it
- Stand tall with a wide stance.
- Step out to the side and bend that knee while keeping the other leg straight.
- Push your hips back and down.
- Drive back to the middle and switch sides.
Coach tip: Keep the weight in the heel of the bent leg.
