Lateral Lunge

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with a wide stance.
  2. Step out to the side and bend that knee while keeping the other leg straight.
  3. Push your hips back and down.
  4. Drive back to the middle and switch sides.
Coach tip: Keep the weight in the heel of the bent leg.
