How to do it
- Sit with your feet on the platform and grip the handle.
- Keep your back straight with slightly bent knees.
- Pull the handle to your stomach, squeezing the shoulder blades.
- Return under control to extended arms.
Coach tip: Don’t lean back with your torso. Keep it still.
