Bent-Over Row

How to do it
- Hinge at the hips with a flat back and grip the bar.
- Keep your knees slightly bent.
- Pull the bar toward your stomach.
- Lower under control to straight arms.
Coach tip: Hold the hinge. Don’t stand up during the pull.
