How to do it

  1. Set the bench to a 30–45 degree incline.
  2. Lie back with a dumbbell in each hand at upper-chest level.
  3. Press the dumbbells up until your arms are straight.
  4. Lower under control toward your upper chest.
Coach tip: Press the dumbbells slightly together at the top for extra squeeze.
