Incline Dumbbell Fly
Step-by-step technique for Incline Dumbbell Fly, an exercise for upper chest using dumbbells. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Set the bench to a 30–45 degree incline.
- Lie back with a dumbbell in each hand over your upper chest.
- Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in an arc with slightly bent elbows.
- Bring them back together over your upper chest.
Coach tip: Use lighter weight than pressing. Focus on the stretch.
