Copenhagen Plank

How to do it
- Lie on your side and place your top leg on a bench.
- Support yourself on your forearm.
- Lift your hips and lower leg up toward the bench.
- Hold the position and switch sides.
Coach tip: Very tough on the inner thigh. Short holds first.
