Sumo Tap
Step-by-step technique for Sumo Tap, an exercise for adductors using bodyweight. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Stand in a wide sumo stance with toes angled outward.
- Bend the knees slightly and keep your torso upright.
- Shift your weight onto one leg and lightly tap the other foot out to the side, close to the floor.
- Bring the foot back and repeat on the other side at a controlled tempo.
