Standing Quad Stretch

How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg and hold a support.
  2. Grip the other ankle behind you.
  3. Pull your heel toward your glute until you feel a stretch in the quad.
  4. Hold, breathe and switch legs.
Coach tip: Keep your knees together and hips pushed slightly forward.
