How to do it
- Grip the dip bars and lift yourself up.
- Lean your torso clearly forward with elbows flaring out.
- Lower until you feel a stretch in your lower chest.
- Press up and squeeze your chest.
Coach tip: Tucking your chin reinforces the forward lean.
