Wide Push-Up
Step-by-step technique for Wide Push-Up, an exercise for chest using bodyweight. From the Frog Fitness exercise library.
How to do it
- Get into a plank position with hands clearly wider than shoulder-width.
- Keep your body straight and core braced.
- Lower your chest toward the floor with elbows flaring out.
- Press back up to the starting position.
Coach tip: Wider hands = more chest, less triceps.
