Dips

How to do it
- Grip the dip bars and lift up to straight arms.
- Lean your torso slightly forward to emphasize the chest.
- Lower until your upper arms are roughly parallel to the floor.
- Press up to straight arms.
Coach tip: More forward lean = more chest, more upright = more triceps.
