How to do it
- Stand tall with your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
- Draw your arms back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Open up the chest and feel a stretch across the front.
- Return slowly to the starting position.
Coach tip: Great as a warm-up or a break from sitting.
