Landmine Press

How to do it
- Place one end of a barbell in a corner (landmine).
- Hold the other end at your shoulder with one hand.
- Press the end up and forward until your arm is straight.
- Lower under control.
Coach tip: A shoulder-friendly angle. Good if your shoulders are cranky.
