Hollow Hold

How to do it
- Lie on your back and press your lower back into the floor.
- Lift your shoulders and legs off the floor.
- Extend your arms behind your head.
- Hold the hollow position and breathe.
Coach tip: Your lower back should never leave the floor. Lower your legs if needed.
